Dad was predeceased by his father Joseph Victor Berlinquette in WWII and his parents, Doreen and John Maydanski.

There are too many names to mention, but we want to thank the staff at Hogarth 2N and Dr. Skunta for
their care of dad.

Interment will be held in Riverside Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to SIMPLER TIMES CREMATION CENTRE, 575 Central Avenue.

In lieu of flowers, should friends desire, donations to the Parkinson's Foundation may be made in dad's memory.
