Obituary for Mrs. Irene Yahn (Reynard)

Irene Yahn, age 97 years, resident of Weigand Avenue, passed away on Monday, November 3rd, 2014 in St. Joseph's Hospice with her daughter by her side.

Daughter of the late Gertrude and Tom Reynard, she was born and raised in Fort William, marrying William Yahn in 1938.

She is survived by sons Allan and Bruce (Janis) Yahn; daughters Barbara (Ted) Timmins and Darlene Yahn, and sister Helen McCuaig. Also surviving are grandchildren Michelle Lane, Stacey Timmins-Hames, Bill (Treena) Timmins, Jeffery (Christina) Yahn, Lindsay (Dave) Olynick, and great grandchildren Victory Lane, Christopher and Sean Hames, Ryder Olynick and Ava Yahn.

Predeceased by husband William(2000), brothers George, Roy, and Fred Reynard, and great granddaughter Leah Timmins.

Cremation has taken place as well as a private family interment at Mountainview Cemetery. Should friends so desire, donations to St. Joseph’s Hospice or Thunder Bay Public Library would be greatly appreciated.
